How much does an EE System session cost?
We have a special offer running throughout November and December 2025 for day and night sessions:
DAY Session 2 Hours: £25 total (standard rate £40)
DAY Session 4 Hours: £40 total (standard rate £80)
OVERNIGHT Session (11 Hours): £150 total (standard rate £300)
50-Hour Package: £495 total (standard rate £1000)
Please note: These prices are for the entire session, not per hour. Standard rates (ranging from £40 to £1000) will resume once the promotion ends.
How many people can you accommodate?
We can accommodate 3 people during the day sessions and 3 during the night sessions, by appointment only.
How should I prepare for a session?
Wear comfortable clothing and stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Please switch your phone or tablet to airplane mode, as we kindly ask that devices remain unused during the session.
What happens during a session?
Each session, lasting a minimum of two hours, offers you the chance to relax in one of our comfortable recliner chairs (there are only three available spots for a session). The dim lighting and ambient music will set the tone, so feel free to close your eyes and either drift into sleep or simply enjoy a state of deep relaxation. To ensure a serene atmosphere for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to remain quiet and refrain from talking during the session. In the centre, please do not consume any food. Mobile phones and laptops etc must be turned off before entering, thank you.
How many sessions should I do?
This is a challenging question to answer, as everyone’s needs and experiences are unique. Dr Sandra Rose Michael has recommended a minimum of 2 hours and more is better. While some people notice benefits after just one session, you may have several wellness goals to address, which may require more sessions. Please see our [Sessions & Prices].
Is there a maximum amount of time I should spend in the EE system?
There’s no maximum limit, as it’s impossible to have too much healthy, restorative energy. At our centre, we offer a range of tailored packages to suit your individual needs.
What should I expect if I have diabetes?
From previous experience, many individuals with diabetes notice an immediate drop in blood sugar, so it's important to monitor your levels closely. You may need to adjust your insulin or oral medication shortly after your session.
How to Prepare for a Session
Optimise your Energy Enhancement System experience at the Energy Room by following these simple guidelines:
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session to allow time for parking, check-in, and, if it is your first visit, a short orientation. Sessions are by appointment only, and late arrivals cannot be extended or refunded. In the event of a cancellation, product credit will be provided as we are unable to issue refunds.
Hydration: Hydration is vital for supporting cellular change. Begin increasing your water intake several days prior to your session and continue during and afterwards. Aim for steady, comfortable hydration rather than forced amounts. Adding the juice of half a lemon or a pinch of sea salt can help your cells absorb water more effectively. For additional support, consider re-mineralising your water with trace minerals. Please bring your own water bottle, as only water is permitted in the Energy Room.
Food: Eat a light, healthy meal an hour or two before your session to keep your energy balanced and comfortable.
Comfort: Dress in comfortable layers, as both body and room temperature may fluctuate. You may wish to bring slippers or warm socks. Blankets, eye masks, earplugs, and slippers are provided for daytime sessions, while linens, pillows, blankets, and duvets are available for overnight stays. You are welcome to bring your own comfort items such as a favourite pillow, blanket, or noise-cancelling headphones.
Quiet Zone: The Energy Room is a place of rest and renewal. Please turn off or switch your mobile phone to aeroplane mode and silence alarms and notifications. Out of respect for others, avoid scrolling on your phone during the session. If you wish to listen to music or podcasts, please download them beforehand.
Mindset: Arrive with an open heart and mind, ready to relax deeply and support your body’s natural capacity to heal, rebalance, and restore vitality.
During the Session
Think of it as a deeply restorative power nap.
Did you know that more than 80 per cent of your body’s energy is directed outward while your eyes are open? Because the body naturally repairs and rejuvenates most effectively during sleep, resting with your eyes closed – ideally a full two-hour session – is the best way to benefit from the Energy Enhancement System. Even if you do not fall asleep, simply closing your eyes allows your system to enter a more restorative state.
Eye masks and earplugs are available for purchase should you need them, although you are welcome to bring your own for comfort.
The Energy Room is a technology-free space, designed to help you unplug fully, focus on your healing, and maximise the impact of your session. Sessions may include other clients, as the centre can accommodate up to 3 people at one time. This group format reflects our vision of making wellness scalable and accessible, so we ask that you remain respectful of others throughout. If you prefer privacy, exclusive sessions are available by arrangement at an additional fee.
After Your Session: Is there anything I should do after my session?
To maximise the benefits of your Energy Enhancement System experience, it is important to support your body’s natural healing and detoxification process in the hours and days that follow.
Hydration: Continue to drink plenty of pure water to remain well hydrated. Adding the juice of half a lemon or a generous pinch of sea salt helps improve cellular absorption and is a good daily practice. For additional support, you may wish to re-mineralise your water with trace minerals such as Bio77 or Quinton. Always listen to your body’s signals and drink only as much water as you can comfortably tolerate.
Nutrition: Favour organic, nutrient-rich foods to provide the best support for your cells as they adjust and regenerate. Avoid health-depleting chemicals and toxins wherever possible.
Detox Support: Follow the Post-Session Salt Bath Detox Protocol to help your body release toxins and heavy metals through the skin. A 30-minute bath in hot water with sea salt or Himalayan salt within 24 hours of your session is ideal, though it remains beneficial up to 72 hours afterwards. If a full bath is not possible, a foot soak is the next best option. Dr Michael recommends immersing as much of your body as possible, and you may also place a salt-soaked towel over exposed areas of skin. We provide Himalayan and sea salts at the Energy Room to support this practice.
Awareness and Integration: Notice any physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual changes that arise after your session. Simply acknowledging these shifts can strengthen body awareness and provide valuable feedback for your ongoing healing process.
Managing Detox Symptoms: Some people experience mild detox reactions, such as fatigue, headache, or temporary flu-like symptoms. These can be eased by drinking more water, taking a salt bath, and giving yourself permission to rest deeply. Such responses are temporary and often indicate that your system is rebalancing.
Please note that Epsom salt is not suitable for detoxification, as it is magnesium sulphate rather than a true salt. However, it may still be beneficial in calming and regulating the nervous system.
Are there any negative effects from the EE system?
The EE system is entirely safe. While some individuals may experience some detox symptoms afterwards, such as fatigue, headaches or temporary flu-like symptoms, these typically subside after increasing water consumption, following the suggested sea salt bath and allowing for deep and thorough rest. These effects are a natural part of your body’s process of releasing toxins.
Are children welcome at your centre?
Yes, we gladly welcome children of all ages. Children up to 12 years old can attend daytime sessions for free. To maintain a calm environment for all guests, we suggest booking on Sundays, as this day is catered for families. Children must always be accompanied by a paying adult. If you have young children, please reach out to us so we can assist with your specific needs and arrangements.
What are Scalar Waves
The Energy Enhancement system produces a range of bio-active, life-enhancing energy fields, including what are described as scalar waves. These subtle energy patterns are associated with supporting cellular regeneration, strengthening immune function, easing pain, aiding detoxification, uplifting mood, and encouraging balance between the brain’s hemispheres – all of which contribute to greater clarity, vitality, and overall well-being.
What Happens When the Human Body Enters a Scalar Wave Field
When the human body is exposed to a scalar wave field, its natural electromagnetic system is stimulated, encouraging a shift towards a more balanced and optimal state. Healthy human cells typically function within a potential of 70 to 90 millivolts, yet stress, ageing, and illness can cause this energy to fall significantly below the ideal range. Each cell contains a crystalline structure capable of storing and transmitting electrical charge. Scalar waves, which are non-linear in nature, move through the body’s cellular matrix via these crystalline structures, helping to restore electrical potential. By recharging the cells towards their natural millivolt range, the process supports regeneration, resilience, and the return to healthier functioning.
How It Supports Your Body’s Healing Process
As cells are recharged and restored to their natural energy state, they begin to release stored toxins and return to a healthier frequency. You remain fully responsible for your own health decisions and for monitoring any changes in your symptoms or medication needs.
There will be a clear disclaimer agreement that you will need to accept before using this service. This agreement explains that the sessions are complementary wellbeing experiences only and are not medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and that you remain responsible for your own health decisions and for consulting your GP or healthcare provider as needed.
