3 Month Wellness Subscriptions Daytime sessions only
Perfect for building consistent self-care habits and ongoing nervous system regulation.
• 2 hours per week: £85 per month – 10 am – 8 pm
• 4 hours per week: £155 per month – 10 am – 8 pm
Subscriptions run for three months and support gradual, sustainable wellbeing.

Multi Session Packages Available for daytime or overnight sessions
Excellent value for ongoing or shared use, with flexibility across session types.
• 50-hour package: £495 (day or overnight use) – 9 pm – 8 pm
• 100-hour package: £800 (day or overnight use) – 9 pm – 8 pm

Session Types
Daytime Sessions (10 am – 8 pm): Ideal for relaxation, stress relief, mental clarity and balance.
Overnight Sessions (9 pm – 8 pm): Immersive experiences designed to support deep rest and rejuvenation.

Please note: These prices are for the entire session, not per hour.

Follow these simple steps to schedule your appointment/s.

1. Select and continue – Choose this for a single session booking
2. Select and add another time – Use this option to book multiple individual sessions at different times
3. Select and make recurring – Choose this to set up regular appointments that repeat automatically
